Carmen Hope Thomas showcases the most delicious meals that are light, easy and completely vegetarian. As an author, Carmen has penned a great cookbook of wonderful recipes ranging from salad dressings, entrees and even mixed drinks. As an entrepreneur, Carmen owns 7th Day Gourmet, a food distribution company that sells vegan food products all over the United States and Canada.  

Cameras will capture Carmen preparing her personal recipe ideas from start to finish -- highlighting the simplicity of delectable fresh foods that are perfect for entertaining friends or family. Once prepared, our viewers will get an opportunity to attend the party -- catered by Carmen and see all the great foods she prepared. This event will give our viewers some great ideas that will help anyone appear to be a savvy entertainer. Carmen will invite over old friends, some she's known from her days as an entertainer herself, others she may be just getting to know.
